Start with a free 20-minute call to share what’s going on. I’ll listen carefully, ask a few key questions, and let you know if I believe I can help. There’s no pressure at all, just a chance to talk through your symptoms and goals.
Step 2: Complete Your Case File
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you an in-depth intake form, your first official “Case File.” This gives me the details I need to begin investigating what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Step 3: We Begin the Investigation
Once your intake is reviewed, we’ll schedule your first full session. I’ll walk you through what I see, what might be going on, and what steps I recommend. From there, we build a plan together.
